SHIPPING & TRACKING

Where do you ship from?

✷ I currently ship from Northwest Indiana from my P.O. box address.


How long does it take to get my order? 

✷ If all the stars aline and USPS isn't in a bind, you will recieve your order 5-12 days domestically.


I haven't received my order. How can we fix this?

✷ For envelopes: If it is not returned to me by USPS within that timeline, please reach out and I will send new items.

✷ For packages/soft mailers: Each package will have a tracking number to see where it is at in transit to the final destination. If you see on the tracking number notification saying it's been lost, please reach out and we will handle accordingly.


MADE TO ORDERS

How long will a "Made to Order" item take to produce?

✷ Each item is handcrafted by yours truly when made to order. This process will take me 1-2 weeks to complete.
